Lactation consultation to assess latch, give nursing techniques, assist with pumping, breastmilk storage & more

Nutrition Consultation

Plant based lifestyle education consultation. We'll discuss healthy lifestyle changes to conceive naturally and/or maintain a healthy pregnancy and postpartum healing period. Will include recommendations for teas and herbs.

Postpartum Support

You are a powerful woman who deserves support!

​

First, let's connect.

Book a consultation to learn more about me and how I can support you and your family  through postpartum. We'll also discuss your questions and  review the contract.

​

This service is a minimum of 2 hours each visit. It includes light housekeeping, infant and sibling care, meal prep and more.

Fertility Consultation

Trying to get pregnant? Let's set up a time to discuss what's going well, and create a plan to set you up for success! 

 

We will discuss ovulation cycle, menstrual cycle, nutrition/exercise, useful herbs, medical DX and frequency of sex. Please prepare for this meeting accordingly.
