Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing used to assist the body in healing itself by way of life force energy. This service can be provided virtually or in-person (traveling fees may apply).
Please be in a quiet, comfortable setting, free from distraction. You will be lying down as the energy is given to your body. Please notify me of any ailments and symptoms we need to focus on. We will start with a relaxing meditation and then I will start with the energy healing. Light touch may be applied in person (with your permission).
At the end of our session, I will deliver any channeled messages to you about what I picked up on in the body, or emotionally.
Can be used to:
-move stuck energy from the body
-emotional release
-decrease anxiety; increase relaxation
-improve sleep
-heal trauma on a cellular level
-balance chakras
-prepare the body for labor

Birth Doula Service
When it's time to give birth you'll want someone by your side to advocate for you and support you.

Service includes pregnancy support, labor support and one postpartum visit + lactation support $800-$1500 (packages vary). Consult fee goes towards your package if you sign a contract with me!

This service is a minimum of 2 hours each visit. It includes light housekeeping, infant and sibling care, meal prep and more. Pricing starts at $50. Consultation fee goes toward your service if you sign a contract.
