Therapy Sessions

Through holistic therapy sessions, you will learn about yourself and how to navigate this journey. I use various treatment modalities such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also incorporate spiritual practices in session that cater to your personal needs. This could include mindfulness, intuitive messages, use of sound bowls, crystal references and more (dependent on your comfort & preference).
